Welcome to K2B Learning Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the collection of international payments via credit card for services and products offered by K2B Learning Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a payment to us via credit card, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By making a payment using a credit card, you confirm that: - You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. - You are authorized to use the credit card for the payment. - You consent to the processing of your payment information by our payment gateway and service providers.
We accept international payments via major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. - All payments are processed in INR and the final amount charged may vary based on currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees applied by your credit card issuer.
The price for our services or products will be displayed in the checkout process. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. - Additional charges may apply for international transactions, including currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or any other fees levied by your credit card issuer. - You are responsible for any fees or charges that may be imposed by your credit card issuer related to the transaction.
Payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway to ensure the security of your payment information. - We use SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. Your credit card details will not be stored on our servers, except as necessary for processing refunds or as required by law.
By making a payment, you authorize K2B Learning Pvt. Ltd. to charge the full amount to your credit card. - We may perform verification checks to validate the identity of the cardholder and the legitimacy of the transaction. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@k2blearning.com within 7 days of the payment date. - Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. - In case of a dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback request with your credit card issuer.
If there is a discrepancy or dispute regarding a payment, please contact our customer support team at info@k2blearning.com within 2 days of the transaction date. - We will investigate and work with you to resolve the dispute in a timely manner. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.

If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, your credit card issuer may charge a conversion fee, and the final amount may differ due to currency exchange rates. - K2B Learning Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or differences in exchange rates applied by your credit card issuer.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in the cancellation of the transaction.

Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our payment processing services, including any errors, delays, or unauthorized access to your payment information. - In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of the payment made by you to us via credit card.
K2B Learning Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. - Continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
